Our Client, established in 1991, specializes in development outsourcing. They have a proven track record and continuous strong growth for more than 20 years. They are headquartered in Singapore, with the regional office in Malaysia. Their major expertise are in project management, system design & development for consumer banking, credit cards and loans. They are highly proficient in delivering solutions on Vision Plus and Cardpac.


The Job

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
  • Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
  • Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions

The Profile

  • You are a Diploma holder with at least 1 year of customer service experience in financial call centre environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)
  • You have the ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
