Preferred Degree in Engineering with an MBA and a minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience.

Ability to travel throughout Asia Pacific region 30% of the time (when normalcy resumes).
Leads Pressure and Temperature product line ownership of Asia Pacific bookings for units, dollars, and price. Formulates and executes strategies that support growth for the above.
Understands the market, identifies diversified growth opportunities, recognizes industry trends, and drives channel mindshare with an understanding of the competitive landscape
Supervises and coach direct reports for success
Gains mindshare with the sales channel, drive strategic direction, and imparts training where necessary while getting continuous market feedback.
Works closely with the factory and global product management to drive alignment and leverage support
Works closely with integrated marketing to help drive campaigns and participate/support events whenever necessary.
Develops, short term, medium term and long-term sales and business development opportunities across industries and geographies.
Communicates and align with relevant stakeholders providing business insight, progress on initiatives and plans, as well as highlighting concerns and opportunities. This will also include regular updates, interactions, and alignment with global management.
Works with a large matrix organization, gaining mindshare, influencing behavior, and driving accountability.
Complies to workplace safety rules and regulations.
Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.
