Job Description:
You will be responsible to assist the nursing team in providing personalized, specialised and cost-effective care to the patients in accordance to established hospital policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Patient care activities such as monitoring, documenting and reporting of patients' conditions and progress; escalating of all unusual observations or happenings
- Attends to patients' care needs in their activities of living
- Displays compassion, a positive and caring attitude towards patients
- Delivers safe and competent nursing care
