This role is posted on behalf of UNL, a company supported by SGInnovate.

UNL is looking for an experienced (>5 years experience) Pre-sales Manager (technology) in Singapore to provide pre-sales support to the team. As the Pre-sales Manager in UNL, you will play a crucial role in the business development process and business proposals creation including lead qualification, elaboration of UNL offerings, value proposition and final deal closure. You will be reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and will bring the company to greater heights with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a part of APAC sales/pre-sales team with UNL senior management, Product team on a daily basis

  • Organising, planning, creating and delivering compelling and functional product demos

  • Engage in Q&A to help prospects understand the value of UNL solutions.

  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s

  • Working closely with the Sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process

  • Identifying and mapping customers' technical challenges and needs to design a customised selling strategy

  • Liaising with Product team to provide feedback from clients about product requirements

  • Keeping up to date with market trends and product & competitor landscapes.

  • Providing technical guidance to the local sales team, partners, and direct customers throughout the sales cycle

  • Work with customers and partners to plan and schedule for solution and services delivery, training, review calls and support


  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

  • At least 5 years of hands-on pre-sales experience in related technology e.g. geospatial technology

  • Prior experience working with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience in supply chain or related industries a plus!

  • Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and presentation skills

  • Proficient In business and technical communication skills with the ability to lead conversations to align technical value to client’s business needs.
