Recruit Express Pte Ltd Bukit Merah Contract
10,000 SGD - 13,000 SGD/Month
  • Manage, drive and enhance Corporate Admin services 
  • Admin-related support processes and support; covering asset, service and user on-boarding and off-boarding, ensuring inventory and timeliness of supplies; 
  • Manage information technology and computer systems 
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and data operations 
  • Manage IT staff (internal, external) by recruiting, training and coaching, communicating expectations and appraising their performance 
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures 
  • Ensure confidentiality, security and integrity of  IT assets and services 
  • Act in alignment with needs in contribution to service strategy and efficiency 
  • Identify problematic areas and implement optimal solutions in timely fashion 
  • Audit systems as necessary and assess their outcomes 
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures 
  • Manage vendors, third-parties and commercial-related management for above - Lead and drive provisioning of high quality IT services across all operational and support areas 
  • Stay up to date with new technology, regularly evaluating potential opportunity and risk areas 
  • Expected to scale up to serve as the subject matter expert on various areas and become an available resource for the team in technical matters 
  • Coordination of work schedules, priorities, and performance management of IT delivery teams 
  • Drive metrics management and performance of IT support and services with a focus on a data driven continuous improvement approach 
  • Provide guidance and training to support innovation of ICT policies, processes and agenda 
  • Lead, consult and support corporate audits related to the above Corporate services 
  • Lead, collaborate with IT planners and related committees on key enterprise IT initiatives 
  • Initiate and manage projects to support and drive IT Service Management agenda 
  • Provide schedule and cost forecasts including risk-based provisions 
  • Support team on infrequent stretch assignments on ad-hoc basis, which may include acting as emergency stand-by outside of regular working hours 
  • Undertake any other relevant duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree - At least 10 years of experience working in the equivalent operations and administrative roles, inclusive of 5+ years’ leadership and operational experience - Relevant experience and competencies with a proven track record of managing both external and internal operational teams
  • ITIL certification (or equivalent) recommended 
  • Proven expertise in project estimation, planning, scoping, risk and issues management 
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills is key 
  • Technology literacy and problem-solving is key 
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail is key
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication is key 
  • Determined, resourceful and adaptable individual with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, both as leader and individual contributor
