This position is for School of Computing and Information Systems (SCIS).
Assist in the planning and execution of local and overseas outreach events for on-target recruitment of quality students for the Master of IT in Business (MITB) programme.
Represent and promote MITB through outreach events in Singapore and overseas. Participation in physical and virtual events include information sessions, admission talks, roadshows, conferences, QS fairs and others.
Work closely with the Office of Postgraduate Professional Programmes and country representatives to collect market intelligence.
Manage MITB’s online presence - keeping all digital marketing channels updated and refreshed to ensure that our prospects, industry partners, students and alumni are constantly engaged. Digital channels include: MITB website, social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), and more.
Assist in content marketing for lead nurturing/engagement and sourcing for alumni testimonials, etc.
Assist in the planning and execution of digital media campaigns for MITB.
Planning and execution of all marketing collateral design and production, such as brochures, flyers, eDM, press-releases, promotional videos, web and advertising collaterals, etc.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as MITB Directors, Practicum Managers and other business units such as the Office of Corporate Communications, Office of Postgraduate Professional Programmes to execute effective and efficient marketing campaigns for MITB. Derive insights and fresh ideas to be used in all marketing medium.
Assist in scanning competitor landscape and provide analysis to recommend relevant marketing campaigns for MITB.
Develop and optimise email marketing campaigns using the Marketing Automation platform.
Assistant DPO representative for MITB - maintain MITB marketing database health and compliance with PDPA and GDPR regulations. Manage the proper collection, use and dissemination of personal data from various sources.
Actively follow-up with all prospects and leads to convert them into actual applications.
Keep records of prospects and leads using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and provide updates on upcoming conversions in the pipeline.
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Degree in Business Administration specialising in Marketing
At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing education products, wholesale and retail, preferably in an Institute of Higher Learning.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal).
Good command of English and Chinese language.
Has a good flair for marketing with knowledge of various suitable marketing platforms to reach out to various target audience from different parts of the world.
Develop innovative and effective marketing pitch and marketing collateral designs.
Well-versed in digital marketing and social media marketing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.).
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics.
Good understanding of Marketing Automation and CRM platforms.
Proactive, has good PR skills and sales track record.
Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented, organised, able to work independently or in a team to meet tight deadlines.
Occasional travel required in the region.
