Responsibilities:

  • Own a network of real estate developers who you can contact to offer multi-utility, sustainable solutions (both green and brownfield) with low impact on the environment.
  • Find a set of customers operating wider portfolio of buildings in Singapore.
  • Prepare customized energy solutions (with a focus on Cooling, Solar, Digital and Green Mobility) for building owners to optimize their energy offtake and negotiate proposals from start to end.
  • Track environmental policies and build commercial service offerings that can answer the existing and emerging trends.
  • Serve as single contact for preparation of commercial offers in collaboration with all services required (technical, financial and contractual).
  • Draw on ENGIE’s expertise, skills and resources to develop winning strategies for preparing offers.
  • Master technical, financial and commercial project presentation to the client with the support of the relevant teams.
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients on our key accounts
  • Identify and maintain strong relationships and an appropriate governance structure with key client stakeholders.
  • Deliver and oversee accurate and timely critical reporting, including internal and corporate reporting
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive management in bringing new ideas and solutions to the client, and ensuring they are rolled out effectively.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance on ways to enhance and expand services offering to the client.
  • Able to collaborate and contribute on other tasks set forth by your manager.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in relevant Engineering / Facilities Management / Real Estate Management / Sustainability studies. MBA qualifications will be advantageous
  • At least 5 years’ related sales experience, with understanding of energy solutions and sustainability
  • good understanding of the real estate sector and/or experienced / possess a good understanding of chiller systems.
  • Maintain an active network with REITS and Real Estate Developers
  • Have a keen interest and enthusiasm for sustainability
  • Have a strong background of project finance, capital structuring and financial modelling
  • Good communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely and is seen as a reliable partner to customers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, and able to present a convincing argument
  • Adaptable, with a methodical and problem-solving mind
  • Strong business acumen and commercial intelligence
  • Be proactive and motivated personality to self-improve
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
