Duties 

• As a Volunteer Management Executive, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all activities related to volunteer management for community engagement events, fundraising activities and project initiatives.  You will report to the Manager, Public Education and this role requires you to manage resources and implement the volunteer programs within set budgets, funding mechanisms and timelines.
• Provide oversight and coordination of the existing individual and corporate volunteer programs.
• Follow-up on volunteer enquiries and schedule interviews for new volunteers and assign them for different activities and programs
• Plan and coordinate Volunteer Orientation and training programs.
• Explore, plan and management of all publicity efforts for volunteer recruitment and engagement initiatives and programs.
• Manage and liaise with volunteers and partners to recruit, retain and deploy volunteers.
• Community outreach to find volunteers, assessing organisational needs and capacity for volunteers, monitor and evaluate the progress of volunteers.
• Manage volunteer database and prepare timely progress report on budget and statistics
• Ensure all volunteers information is captured, stored and managed in compliance with Personal Data Protection Act.
• Administer the inventory of publications for all talks, road shows, events and outreach activities, including packing of such publications.
