Our Client is engaged in performers, entertainers and influencers who know how to create interesting content and feature them prominently on our app.


The Job

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

The Profile

  • Proven relevant work experience as a Business Development, Customer Relation or Marketing
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
  • Ability to strategize, Create, and Champion KAM infrastructure
  • Able to identify, recruit and mentor KAM candidates
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in live streaming is a plus point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills
  • Diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or equivalent
