Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
  • Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market such as Vietnamese language to support customers in Vietnam.

What is your mission?

  • Analyze and screen databases of prospective SMB advertisers to identify leads/ potential advocates.
  • Make outbound calls to SMBs (Small Medium Businesses) to gain insights about their business to create a pipeline of advocate testimonials and case studies for social media marketing and event purposes.
  • Interviewing customers to learn more about advertisers and how their business works.
  • Gathering pertinent details to help identify a unique small business success story.
  • Champion and produce press releases of the advocates, who have had success in growing their business by using social media products.
  • Run online communities of high value advocates, to create a collaborative learning environment, encourage discussion and engagement with other advocates and social media respectively.
  • Relationship building and interacting with advertisers via phone, email, video call, and social media.
  • Inform and drive community’s engagement targets and goals through outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Engage groups as point of contact for relationship management of nurture treatments – e.g. being the single voice of truth for what additional tactics required to improve client’s delivery of value to their most important community members.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of the company.
