You will be responsible for :
Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Escalating customer feedback as required.
Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
At least 1-2 years’ experience from similar roles in Sales Operations, Back Office or similar
Proficient in Microsoft
Strong in sales speech and presentation skill.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Language: fluency in business English, both written and spoken, is a must as the working language will be mainly English.
Telecommunications experience is an advantage
Ability to adapt and succeed in fast-paced environment
Experience from working in a Corporate setting is a bonus
Direct sales experiences in both B2b and B2C is a bonus
You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
