General Summary of Responsibilities


  • Handles the administrative functions in the day-to-day operations of the assigned building / condominium
  • Provide customer service to the subsidiary proprietors / tenants in the building / estate
  • Attending to queries from residents and service providers 
  • Ensure proper receipt and records of cash/cheque for facility booking
  • Ensure compliance with the by-laws of the building / estate
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health policy and procedures
