Manage and assist in promoting special events and promotions
Gather customer feedback on current casino events and promotions
Complete required documentations in an auditable and timely manner
Assist in overall planning, promotion evaluation and coordination of events logistical support
Assist with audit department for submission of relevant documents
Assist Casino Events and Promotion Officers with Audit department for submission of relevant documents
Handle customers enquires and direct complaints in a efficient and professional manner
Assist and host a variety of casino events and promotions, such as Lucky Draw, Dinner Party, Theme party and other Special Events.
Coordinate with the team in the preparation of MC script for relevant events and promotion; if need be Emcee for Casino Events and Promotions.
Protect assets of the company and customers against theft and fraud either by the public or team members
Ensure that company policies and customer information are kept in confidence.
Work with external parties, internal departments and team members in the execution of events and promotions in accordance to the company policies and procedures; and deliver information required by the management team; when required.
Maintain high standard of customer service professionally especially when dealing with customers
Minimum high school education at least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
Experience in dealing with customer complaints and enquiries would be an advantage
Portray confidence and friendliness to attract customers/audience’s attention on stage and off stage.
Display an outgoing personality with good communication and customer service skills
Well groomed, professional appearance with the ability to identify visual and aural cues
Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the casino with good manual dexterity
Able to work on rotating shift in a fast pace environment and stressful situation
