Office Administrator (Contract)
3 Months Contract, Private Bank Environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, including welcoming and greeting guests
- Manage bank's correspondence, including phone calls, emails, mails and packages
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or higher
- Able to start work within short notice
- Minimum 1 year experience as office administrator/customer service
