The Job

In this role, you will:

  • Provide office support to employees, clients, and customers to ensure that day-to-day business operations runs smoothly.
  • Represent the company in fielding telephone calls, receive & direct visitors, handle faxes & emails.
  • Create a filing system & update company databases & reports for financial, personnel and various department uses.
  • Coordinate meetings & appointments between business heads & clients.
  • Secure & clinch sales deals by following up on business communications, billing & ordering details.
  • Prepare detailed minutes for selected meetings to highlight key points of discussions, decisions and assigned actions.
  • Interact with company clients either on the phone or in person to build strong & positive business relationships
  • Assist the Project Team onsite at client’s workplace.
  • Assist the management on any other administrative tasks as assigned

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Passion to strive in a creative-tech industry
  • You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
