Graphic Designer | Senior Graphic Designer | Head of Creatives
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer/Head of Creatives to join Brotzeit. As a Graphic Designer/Head of Creatives, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our marketing efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing materials both in digital and print formats. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects will be crucial in this role.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing and engaging graphic designs for all marketing and branding materials, including menus, brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and packaging designs.
- Understand design requirements and objectives and translate them into creative visual solutions that align with our brand identity and guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our marketing materials.
- Manage and prioritise multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets, including templates, logos, images, and fonts, to ensure consistency and easy access for future design needs.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of printed materials, maintaining quality control throughout production.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all design outputs meet our standards, including accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer, preferably focusing on branding and marketing materials.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the F&B industry.
- Experience working in the F&B or similar consumer-facing industries is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across various platforms and materials.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique design concepts.
- Strong understanding of digital design and proficiency in creating designs for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of printing processes and requirements for various print materials.
- Singaporean only.
