Job Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of on-time, accurate BMS measurement reporting
- Manage and prepare for weekly cadence reviews with leadership teams
- Distribution Inventory and Sell-Through reporting
- Interface with teams on topics of order load, quota analysis, quota deployment, attainment, tracks, pipeline, quarterly revenue commitments, and supply chain priorities
- Analyze and understand trends in key metrics, and drive corrective actions and investigations
- Model key metrics and provide recommendations to sales leader in areas including but not limited to revenue profit
- Drive ownership and follow-through of actions and activities
- Control supporting material for internal communication (i.e., Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Operational Reviews, Deep Dives, etc.)
- Compensation calculation for sales team
- Sales/biz data regarding customer/account spend
- Supports team members and other internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, IT & Supply team) independently for any Business Partner Agreement
- Support Country General Manager for calendar arrangement and Business Expense Claims
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- With more than 2 years' experience in Sales Operations
- Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with Sales Reps and Managers
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Understanding of Business processes and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office D365
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Able to work under timeline pressure
- Able to interface independently to other stake holders for a consolidated country reporting
