Junior IT Planning & Admin Specialist who will be involved in the following:

• [IT Administration - Investment : Contract/Payment]
  a) Review the implementation plan necessary for IT investment/outsourcing operation and collaborate with the finance and legal departments necessary for the contract.
  b) Perform work as a contract point of contact between outsourcing partners and the IT team.
• [IT Asset Management Planning]
  a) General Maintenance of IT H/W, S/W asset with related operation member (Application and infra Area)
• [IT Budget Management]
  b) Cooperates with project managers, application owners and department managers within IT unit and across other production units to ensure full financial picture is understood and managed
  c) Prepares reports summarizing and forecasting business activities, and provides accurate financial analysis on the departmental project portfolio
  
  Requirements:
• Relevant IT Planning work experience in Production and customer experience fields
• IT procurement, IT Asset Managemebnt and IT investment contract work experience
