You will be responsible for :
Finding customers through specific cold calling activities.
Providing service and product information as well as price quotations
Completing orders and accurately recording customer and purchase information
Following up with customers to assure their satisfaction, responding to queries, soliciting further sales
Maintaining the knowledge of all products, services, and promotions
Resolving customers’ concerns and questions by phone
Handling customers as well as identifying and resolving their concerns
Maintaining all customers’ records and ensuring continuous improvement of the CRM Database
Informing customers about promotions as well as new or upgraded products by using prepared scripts
Conducting customers’ surveys to a certain level of customer service
You have at least 3 years of B2B cold calling experience
You have a computer, high-speed internet, headset and a camera to support the video calls capability.
You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
