Mat Hydro is specialized in Valve manufacturing, installation and construction sizes from DN50 DN 4500 for Hydro power plants to all over the world and water treatment systems globally in various industries.

Currently we are expanding our team to strengthen our EPC capabilities to provide more confidence to our clients. Mat Hydro is looking for Skilled people, grow together.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in working with Piping field in onshore piping in Water treatment plant, Hydro Power plants and Thermal power plants.

• Good knowledge of piping design & able to work with minimal supervision to support.

• Familiar in Local and international codes of Piping design.

• Modelling Piping in 3D model using Open Plant Modeler (OPM -BIM – Bentley).

• Modelling Pipe support in 3D Model using Open Building Designer (OPM -BIM – Bentley).

• Modelling Valves, equipment in MicroStation 3D.

• Export piping arrangement (Plan and Section view), isometric, MTO from 3D model with project specific template.

• Detail drawings for Pipe Support.

• Design and locate pipe support in 3D model as per Standard.

• Good understanding on piping & Valve material specification and piping construction standard.

• Under limited supervision, independently evaluates, organizes, prioritizes work and collaboratively works with Team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Engineering degree or equivalent.

• Minimum five years’ work experience related to Piping engineering design.

• Having working experience in Water treatment projects is an additional advantage.

• Proficient in using 3D model software’s like OPM, OBD by Bentley, MicroStation. AutoCAD, Navisworks, will be advantages.

• Able to work at Tuas South will be an advantage.
