HR Executive


Job Descriptions:

- Prepare and keep proper filing of all Employment Contracts.

- Responsible for the administrative functions such as preparing confirmation letters and monitoring contract expiry for renewals for workers if applicable.

- Creation & maintenance of employees’ personal files, update employees’ data to payroll system.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating for new hires orientation programs.

- Update worker’s record per requirements including arrangement for cleaner’s Job Training, ensure team member’s skill and service competency are maintained accordingly.

- Computation of monthly salary for about 250-300 employees.

- Assists foreign workers to opening of bank account.

- Communicate internal information to all employees when necessary.

- Provide general support for all HR activities and events.

- Any other administration / operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.

- Process General and HR/Admin correspondences as well as addressing General enquiries.

- Administrate the annual leave application process, medical /insurance claims, attendances update and generate reports.

- Perform secretarial and administrative support such as accommodations, travel bookings.

- Assist in submission such as training grants, licensing application, and so on as per Government’s policies and standards.


- Min GCE “O” level or diploma in Human Resource with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in HR and Administration for the commercial cleaning Industry.

- IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft Office Words and Excel. Prior experience in HSR for payroll is preferred.

- Communication in English, Mandarin or Malay is essential.

- A good team player, mature, self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal and meticulous for details.

- Singaporean ONLY.

Other Information:

- 5.5 working days per week.

- Salary: S$2000-S$3000 (Based on Experience)

- Location: Tuas, Singapore.
