We are a recruitment firm seeking a Luxury Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will identify and source top talent for our clients within the luxury retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the recruitment process within the luxury retail sector.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the luxury retail industry


• Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract and identify top talent within the luxury retail market


• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for luxury retail positions


• Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and closing candidates for high-end retail positions


• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within the luxury retail sector


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience


• Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate sources, for luxury retail positions


• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition within the luxury retail sector

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a specialization in luxury retail hires, or candidates currently in the luxury retail industry looking for a mid-career switch.


• Strong understanding of the entire recruitment cycle within the luxury retail industry and experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients within the luxury retail market


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload effectively


• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology used within luxury retail hires


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment
