Network Engineer job in Singapore at HAPPY GO LUCKY F&B PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 & L2 network operations support.
• Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards.
• Participate in projects and/or activities to support improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal training and/or knowledge transfer to team.
• Update operations documentation.
• Good knowledge of Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN and LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, GPON technologies, MPLS.
• Experience with Network Security is advantageous.
• Liaise with vendors needed to achieve incident and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/IT or any relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ experience providing network operational and administration support for Cisco, Huawei, Fortigate products i.e routers, switches, WLAN, Firewall.
• Knowledge in network routing, switching technologies and protocols.
• Knowledge in network security, load balancing and optimisation technologies.
• Able to work extended hours and perform standby duty after office hours when required.
• Possess good technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and well-versed in documentation.
• Hands on experience in Cloud computing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Office365 is an added advantage.
• CCNA/CCNP and other network related certification will be an advantage.
• Able to work as a team player and independently.
