Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.
Your responsibilities will include :
Leading and coaching the escalations team into a team that customers love to speak to.
Developing self-help material for the customers and for the customer support team as well as creating a system to identify issues to lower the number of escalations
Seeking solutions to the difficulties faced by customers, and helping customers in smoothly utilising the platform
Handling inbound queries from customers and providing support via multiple channels
Working closely with our other teams to resolve issues and escalate opportunities for improvement
You have at least 5 years of experience in a customer success/support or client-facing role
You are passionate about helping customers and putting them first
You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
You have a positive get-it-done attitude and are able to work in a fast-paced environment
You have an interest in FinTech and financial services
