Our client is a leading manufacturing of copiers and printers parts. Being in the market for over 20 years, the company focuses on research & development to ensure high quality products are produced for global markets.
You will be responsible for :
Resolving problems and to providing ongoing support
Contacting regular and prospective customers to inform new products, explain product features and solicit orders
Estimating or quoting prices, credit or contract term, warranties, and delivery dates
Identifying prospective customers by using business directories, following existing leads or new queries, attending tradeshow and site visits
Monitoring market conditions, product innovations as well as competitor’s products, prices and sales
Entering orders into the CRM system and ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders
Recommending products to customers based on needs and interest and sharing product samples & catalogues
Maintaining customer documentation, including account maintenance to enable a timely response to customer inquiries
You have at least a Degree/Diploma in any field with at least 5 years experience in a Sales role.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in Chinese and English to liaise with regional customers.
You have strong people and persuasion skills
You are able to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
You are reliable, dependable and accountable to fulfil obligations
You take initiative on responsibilities and challenges
You are able to deal with high-stress situations calmly and effectively
You are persistent and can work through obstacles.
