What you will be doing:

• Undergoing fast-track development tailored for each graduate to work in both project-based and operations-focused roles through on-the-job training in the field of blockchain and digital assets mining.
• Join one of the major project teams and develop your technical skill sets in a specific knowledge area:

1. Software development in C++/Java/Golang/PHP, Web/UIUX, etc., DevOps, Embedded systems, etc.
2. Cyber Security e.g., Security Ops, Penetration Testing, Threat analysis, etc.
3. Information Technology & Infrastructure, e.g., IT, SysOps, Networks, Data Center Ops etc.
4. Product Management, e.g., Product design, Product analysis, New product invention, etc.
5. Hardware Design Engineer, e.g.Hardware testing, Thermal structure, etc.
6. Supply Chain, e.g., Production, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, etc.
7. Corporate functions, e.g, BD &Sales, Marketing, PR, Finance, HR, Risk & Compliance

• Flexibility to rotate to other business functions for cross-functional exposure
• Provided the opportunity to grow and develop leadership skills under the mentorship and guidance of our key functional leaders and become an independent and creative multi-tasker talent.

How you will stand out:

• A degree in Bachelor's or Master's from any discipline with good academic results. Candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent extra-curricular/ internship achievements.
