• To assist Nurse Manager in implementing and executing all administrative and clinical nursing services in the respective unit/s
• To assist Nurse Manager to supervise and evaluate clinical nursing and administrative activities of the respective unit/s designated.
• To assist to maintain and improve clinical nursing and administrative standards set by Man Fut Tong Nursing Home.
• To provide total patient care activities in clinical practice and uphold the philosophy and mission of Man Fut Tong Nursing Home.
• To assist to coordinate teamwork in total patient care with all members from nursing as well as other departments.
• Deputises and assumes responsibilities of NM in his/her absence when need arises.
• To assist to orientate, supervise and evaluate clinical practice of Enrolled Nurse, Nursing Aide and Health Attendant when assigned.
• To assist to ensure smooth execution of nursing and administrative policies and procedures set by Man Fut Tong Nursing Home.
• Any other responsibilities delegated by the Nursing Administration in line with the needs of Nursing Home.

Requirement:

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Relevant post-basic qualification
• Interested in rehabilitative and geriatric care and enjoys working with the elderly
• At least 3 years working experience
• Pleasant and cheerful disposition with good communication skills
• Able to perform shift duties
