Job Type: 5 Months Contract

Basic Salary: Up to $6,000 per month

Working Location: Buona Vista

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours.

About the Role:

You will be assisting the team to ensure systems under the department function with minimum disruptions to enhance the productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Review systems and tools to innovate and drive business processes to achieve efficiency and desired outcomes.

• Manage ICT & CRM system developments, service enhancements and maintenance work, for the department to achieve optimal customer relationship management.

• Work and communicate with stakeholders to implement and adopt systems and processes, data analysis and data maintenance.

• Review impact of change request and recommend improvements to address evolving user needs.

• Work with internal stakeholders to address technical problems in operations &

• maintenance.

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Experience in AGILE methodologies.

• Knowledge in implementing projects in Data Analytics, Internet and Mobile Technologies, CRM or Knowledge Management.

• Certified Business Analysis Professional is an added advantage.
