Quality Management Engineer (ISO9001/ IATF16949)

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Quality Management System which includes ISO 9001/ IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
- Ensure quality assurance and quality engineering follows the framework of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Perform Excursion Management leading to the coordination of corrective actions for internal and external errors (customer & supplier)
- Responsible for Documentation Control system, FMEA system and execution of internal & external audits
- Representation of company at customers/ suppliers with respect to quality management and quality assurance
- Responsible for supplier quality management and is the primary quality interface with the suppliers
- Responsible for management of materials spec/ supplier QA agreement/ SQC and supplier early alert systems
- Responsible for supplier quality and on-site contractors performance reviews on periodic basis
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical) or Science (Chemistry/ Physics) or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Audit
- Good working knowledge of Management System
- Good knowledge of statistical techniques, quality tools (FMEA, QFD & SPC)
- Certified as Internal Quality Auditor is a plus
