Responsibilities

• Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide language translation both verbal and in writing for the MD.
• Able to interpret instructions from MD to other stakeholders and staff
• Work closely with the Company’s staff to translate and voice over for business meetings and presentations.
• Translate English to Japanese language and Japanese to English for MD and stakeholders
• Support in meeting minutes
• Writing email, translate internal and external documentation in all forms from English to Japanese language
• Handling Travel arrangement

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in any fields
• Certificate in Japanese JLPT N2
• Able to speak and write in Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese speaking MD
• Minimum 2 years of translation experience.
• Well-verse with Microsoft office and other productivity tools
