Promotional Artwork Manager, Video Contractor We have an exciting opportunity for an asset manager to join the team and support creative content production across international markets. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills to help define and manage the promotional artwork programme. Description
You will be joining a dynamic digital production environment and will play a significant role in defining and streamlining manual processes and detailed workflows, leveraging existing tools and investigating new ones.
You will be responsible for carrying out the asset lifecycle from request through reviews and approvals to handoff and archiving.
You will also be responsible for working cross-functionally with many teams around the world simultaneously to help shape plans that include new processes, roles and responsibilities, scope of work, priorities and solutions.
Experience in defining, optimising and implementing new asset management processes, tools and workflows for large quantities of creative and studio assets, including ingestion, review, approval, handoff, and archiving
Highly organised, detail-oriented, a proactive communicator with project management and time-management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to change in a dynamic environment, adapting to varied levels of demands, working as a member of a high performing team.
Experience with design concepts, terminology, digital asset specifications, asset management tools and style guides
Proficient in the use of digital asset management and file storage systems, as well as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Ability to tackle complex problems, proactively anticipate project needs, offer solutions, and seamlessly adapt to change
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners, including the ability to explain and present complex technical concepts and processes in simple terms
Exhibits confidence in calling out issues in a productive fashion and presenting to senior management on project updates and problem-solving recommendations
You'll be calm in a fast-paced environment and can navigate ambiguity, working both independently and cooperatively as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate with international partners across timezones
Ability to meet deadlines and get results while juggling many priorities within tight timeframes
Excellent understanding of and passion for technology
Education & Experience: 5+ years related work experience.
