Senior Process Technician (API Plant)

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Material receiving, staging, material movement, dispensing, sampling, filter inspection, change out and charging operation as per SOP.
- Perform pre-campaign set up, post campaign activities and change over cleaning.
- Monitor process operation, trend and alarm using Delta V control system.
- Complete all documentation according to GMP and GDP standards.
- Monitor the plant status and liaise with colleagues of other departments to ensure there is no interruption to the manufacturing process.
- Perform system transaction and operation such as LIMS, AMPS, SAP, MTS, EMAS, etc
- Complete all required training by attending scheduled training, CBT, OJT, JSA and read and understand.
- Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in a technical discipline or GCE 'O/A' levels
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or petrochemical industry.
- Demonstrate ability to act decisively and independently to resolve issues
- Possess a can-do / pride to succeed attitude
- Embrace the use of digital technology to scale and speed up every form of interaction and action.
