Our client is a social commerce startup that is taking the headache of merchandising, logistics and sourcing the best products from digitally native sellers in the beauty industry. With increasing demand from neighbouring countries, they are expanding their team and looking for passionate individuals to join them!
You will be responsible for :
Conducting analysis, building queries and producing insights
Supporting the cross-functional team in defining problems, developing hypotheses and making data-driven recommendations
Analysing performance across marketing, operations, and collections experiments to optimise business performance
Applying best practices in data-driven decision processes through statistical theorems
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Economics or Statistics
You have at least 3 months of experience in data analysis or BI analyst role.
You possess solid technical skills in Mongo DB (preferred), Postgres, Excel, and other BI tools
You have a good understanding of the Document DB (NoSQL)
You have proven skills in storytelling from numbers to business
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Background or high interest in E-commerce products preferred
