SAP HR Functional Analyst (Contract l Up to $5500)

Manpower Singapore Singapore Contract
3,500 SGD - 5,500 SGD/Month

  • Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements under SAP HR.
  • Provide production support.
  • Create training material and perform helpdesk cover.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain SAP HR modules, including personnel administration, organizational management, time management, payroll, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements, design solutions, and configure the system.
  • Provide guidance to the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of SAP HR solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SAP HR functional analyst role.
  • Working knowledge of SAP HCM On Premise Human Capital Management.
  • Experience in personnel administration, organizational management, time management, payroll, and benefits modules.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a challenging environment.
