Baker job description
Daily preparation of cakes, tarts and pastries production
Responsible for quality control and packing of baked goods
Prepare doughs and bake breads
Strict compliance with food hygiene standards
Maintain, clean and sanitize all baking utensils, tools and machinery
Ability to manage cost calculation and track inventory
Keep food waste at minimum
Any other ad hoc duties
