Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Defining and executing the strategy to develop key accounts
  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve revenue targets
  • Managing team's OKRs and driving payment volume and revenue targets
  • Building relationships with key customers to establish trust and support their business with our suite of financial products
  • Working closely with the marketing team to support customer engagement initiatives
  • Collating feedback on customer's needs and help the product team steer in the right direction

The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within Finance or FinTech
  • You have proven success in managing key accounts and building successful long-term relationships with customers
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • You have excellent people and leadership skills
  • You possess outstanding communications skills.
  • You are highly analytical with the ability to make clear decisions
