Our client is a FinTech company providing companies across 100 markets with loyalty solutions to engage their customers. You will be responsible for :
Enabling the company to achieve up to 50% headcount growth in 2021
Partnering with leaders across the company to define talent needs and sourcing strategies
Playing a key role in defining our recruitment and hiring process to deliver best-in-class candidate experience
Identifying and screening candidates to feed into hiring managers pipeline
Cultivating long-term talent channels, including the company's internship program and fresh graduate recruitment
Building the company's employer brand in the industry and acting as our brand ambassador to the tech community
Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs and drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management.
Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
Achieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
The full life-cycle of recruitment for recent graduates and early career candidates, including intake sessions, event planning, on-campus recruiting, screening, and interviews.
You have a Degree in a relevant field.
You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment with 3 years in software technology recruitment
You possess a strong understanding of Singapore and the regional tech industry and hiring trends
You have a good working knowledge of recruitment applicant tracking systems (e.g. Recruitee, Greenhouse)
You are able to apply a data-driven approach to track our hiring metrics and improve hiring performance
Excellent internal and external relationship building skills are required
You have an entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity to experiment, learn and find the easiest path to achieve things
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
