Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Heavy industrial/ Machinery
• Position Title: Quality Assurance Engineer/ QA Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas (Transportation provided from Jurong West area)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3200 + OT + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Test current products and identify deficiencies.
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for Improvement.
• Oversee continuous improvement projects.
• Collect quality data.
• Identify key KPIs for product quality.
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

• At least a Diploma with 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in manufacturing of electroless plating process will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / MS Word/ Powerpoint).
