Job Description

- Conduct RPA Workshops.

- Additional RPA knowhow. Guide SMC in the installation of RPA software. Capability scanning for the latest RPA product features, including OCR, AI and computer vision technologies.

- Process Modelling. Execution of Business Process Management and/or digital transformation efforts including formulating user requirements, planning process review sessions, facilitating in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and/or digital transformation projects and developing process models in accordance with Ops Support IT (OSIT) Enterprise Architecture Standards.

- User Engagement. Engagement of users in order to develop good understanding of user operations (needs and challenges) and develop good rapport with users.

Education Qualification

a. The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Computer Science/

Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management

(or equivalent).

Required Competencies

1. Applied knowledge in RPA Development with UiPath. Prior experience in business process review projects and experience in software development projects would be relevant but not mandatory.

2. Conversant with process modeling and experience in Ops Support IT (OSIT) Enterprise Architecture Standards.

3. Possess the ability to deliver quality documentation, in terms of the ability to frame discussion issues in the right context and the ability to express viewpoints using clear and concise language.

4. Possess good communication and presentation skills, interpersonal skills, highly organised and effective, and a good team player.

5. Applied knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM) work, with prior contributions in business process review projects and relevant experience in the area of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), design thinking skills, knowledge of IDEF0 process modelling.

Required Working Experience

a. At least 2 years of working experience in information technology;

of which at least 1 year of working experience in RPA and BPM

implementations.

b. Experience in project management / project co-ordination.
