The Job

You will be responsible for :


  • Supporting Partnerships Managers to manage and grow a portfolio of airline, bank and loyalty program partners around the world on TransferConnect, our award-winning loyalty currency exchange marketplace
  • Collaborating with our partners to plan, design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels including search, display, social, affiliates, email, website, app and print
  • Working with both our team and partner marketing teams to develop all aspects of marketing campaigns including concept development, targeting, design, launch and reporting
  • Preparing and presenting business reviews to the senior management teams both client-side and internally
  • Measuring and analyzing performance of our partnerships and marketing campaigns, developing insights and consulting our clients on how to improve performance of our products amongst their customers.
  • Developing new product and strategic partnership opportunities, creating sales narratives and attending pitch meetings and conferences to sell our products to prospective and existing clients.

The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales, business development or relationship management, preferably in the airline, retail banking or loyalty industry
  • You have exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • You have the cultural sensitivity and relationship building ability to develop strong relationships with clients from different cultures and backgrounds around the world
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multi-task projects & campaigns in parallel on time and with quality is required
  • You are able to pull data (SQL), monitor & analyse campaign results, develop insights and tell compelling stories
  • You have an eye for great design and the ability to articulate direction providing marketing briefs to our creative team
  • You have a business development mindset to identify and pitch new strategic opportunities to partners along with the ability to follow through and execute opportunities
  • You have business fluency in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Cantonese, French, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, to fulfil the requirements of target markets
