The Job

In this role, you will serve as a brand enthusiast for the company's products/solutions and drive activities to establish new commercial client relationships within the SMEs Market and assigned territory.

You will be responsible for :

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Making outbound calls to potential clients and researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Building a pipeline that supports assigned new business goals of the region.
  • Converting new business opportunities within assigned leads generated using a consultative sales approach.
  • Closing new business consistently at or above quota level.
  • Following up on highly qualified leads at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Working collaboratively with the Lead generation personnel to execute sales strategy.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

The Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales/ account management role, within a Technology or innovative online product environment, ideally within the Fintech industry.
  • You have expertise in Direct Sales and experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
  • You have experience working with small business owners selling to SMEs markets across Southeast Asia
  • You have hands-on experience with Sales automation, ideally HubSpot.
  • You have demonstrated track record of producing and exceeding their goals.
  • You have exceptional closing skills.
  • You are a highly focused individual with strong work ethics.
  • You have tons of energy, passion, humour, compassion, and enthusiasm.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
