Our client is an innovative FinTech firm providing payment and cash management solutions. Backed by world-class investors, they are a one-stop platform for businesses to manage cross-border payments, transforming the way they do global business.
In this role, you will serve as a brand enthusiast for the company's products/solutions and drive activities to establish new commercial client relationships within the SMEs Market and assigned territory.
You will be responsible for :
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
Making outbound calls to potential clients and researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
Building a pipeline that supports assigned new business goals of the region.
Converting new business opportunities within assigned leads generated using a consultative sales approach.
Closing new business consistently at or above quota level.
Following up on highly qualified leads at small and mid-sized companies.
Building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
Working collaboratively with the Lead generation personnel to execute sales strategy.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales/ account management role, within a Technology or innovative online product environment, ideally within the Fintech industry.
You have expertise in Direct Sales and experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
You have experience working with small business owners selling to SMEs markets across Southeast Asia
You have hands-on experience with Sales automation, ideally HubSpot.
You have demonstrated track record of producing and exceeding their goals.
You have exceptional closing skills.
You are a highly focused individual with strong work ethics.
You have tons of energy, passion, humour, compassion, and enthusiasm.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
