Research Coordinator (Ref:DMOAJ)

NATIONAL CANCER CENTRE OF SINGAPORE PTE LTD Singapore Contract

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified research coordinator to be involved in multiple trials conducted in NCCS for lung cancer patients. You will play a significant role in the clinical research group by supporting and assisting the Principal Investigator in the clinical trial related activities.


Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Attend clinics to recruit subjects for clinical studies,

- Assist the investigators to recruit, screen, and follow-up on participants of the study, in strict adherence to the study protocol, Singapore Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Guidelines, and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements,

- Clinical data collection and management,

- Management of biological specimens (where applicable),

- Monitor adverse events and safety reporting, maintain and organize the investigator essential files,

- Preparation and submissions to the ethics committee to the relevant local health authority (where applicable),

- Tracking of trial expenditures and timely invoicing (where applicable),

- Assess medical device benefits and risks,

- Serve as primary point of liaison and coordination between investigators, research subjects, sponsoring organizations, and/or regulating bodies,

- Administering questionnaires or any other surveys as and when required,

- Oncology clinical trial management,

- Clinical research administration,

- Clinical data analysis, etc.


Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Life Sciences/Nursing with minimum 1 year working experience as RC or CRC.

- Knowledge in solid tumor therapy protocol and training in GCP would be advantageous.

- Good trial administration/management skill.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Independent and able to multi-task.

- Competent and skillful in data management/analysis.

- Comfortable with handling medical devices with appropriate training.
