Our client is a digital asset exchange that is introducing a new investable assets class. Their platform offers an array of services which includes primary insurance, trading and settlement and others. They aim to become full-service regulated to cater to savvy issuers and discerning investors.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Delivering personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions and attention.
  • Consistently delivering excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • AdherING to professional standards of behaviour & conducting in dealing with customers.
  • Soliciting customers’ feedback and identifying problem trends for improvement actions.
  • Following up promptly with customers to resolve issues.

The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • You have experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar client service role.
  • Familiarity with the financial industry in a call centre environment would be an advantage
  • You have passion for customer service.
  • You possess excellent bilingual communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You are hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • You are comfortable to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holidays, if required.
