Our client is a digital asset exchange that is introducing a new investable assets class. Their platform offers an array of services which includes primary insurance, trading and settlement and others. They aim to become full-service regulated to cater to savvy issuers and discerning investors.
You will be responsible for :
Delivering personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre in an effective and efficient manner.
Understanding customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions and attention.
Consistently delivering excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
AdherING to professional standards of behaviour & conducting in dealing with customers.
Soliciting customers’ feedback and identifying problem trends for improvement actions.
Following up promptly with customers to resolve issues.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
You have experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar client service role.
Familiarity with the financial industry in a call centre environment would be an advantage
You have passion for customer service.
You possess excellent bilingual communication and problem-solving skills.
You are hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
You are comfortable to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holidays, if required.
