Assistant Director, Total Rewards
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, the incumbent will review, develop, and drive the design and implementation of compensation and benefits policies as well as projects. This includes day to day management of activities as well as working closely with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Subject matter expert in the areas of compensation and benefits.
Drive the University benefits program and manage its delivery with the benefits vendor.
Manage the University job evaluation process. Review and analyze benchmarking and trends to identify and develop recommendations to maintain the University’s competitiveness.
Interpret and review, where appropriate, key HR policies, and manage communication as well as change management activities.
Work closely with HRIS team on system enhancement related to rewards modules.
Advise Shared Services team on compensation operational matters.
Project manage end to end processes of planning and implementation of rewards projects in alignment with the University’s strategies and goals.
Requirements
10 years of relevant working experience in Compensation and Benefits as well as Project Management.
Strong Compensation and Benefits knowledge.
Strong excel skills.
Good project management skills and knowledge.
High change agility.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical thinking.
Team player with the ability to relate with people at all levels of the organization.
Independent and able to manage senior stakeholders.
