Job Scope:
  • To lead and support campus recruiting across flagship internship and graduate programs end to end
  • To conduct screening of profiles using tech tools eg. Hirevue and conduct shortlisting based on performance of applicants
  • To lead and manage inviting applicants to the final stage of selection process eg. Assessment Centres
  • Engage with managers to understand their hiring needs and apply this information when hiring talents
  • Manage and participate in engagement activities to educate and share Unilever's proposition, as well as to source for and hire diverse top talents. This entails the full recruiting cycle including, but not limited to; sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates


Additional Information:
  • Salary - Max S$4K per month
  • Contract duration: 4-month contract
  • Commencement Date: Immediate
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
