Our client is a supplier of Japanese pork imported directly from the farms in Japan to Singapore that prides in providing the best quality products and finest services to their customers.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
  • Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Delivering effective sales skills training to the sales teams.
  • Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real-life situations.

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • You are preferably a Degree Holder
  • You have experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • You demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management, and problem-solving skills
  • You will undertake a simple Writing English & Mathematics Test
  • You have a pleasant personality, are energetic, dynamic, independent and self-motivated
  • You have strong project management and coordination
  • You can deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
