Investor Relations Executive

WALTON INTERNATIONAL GROUP (S) PTE LTD Singapore Permanent

This is a customer-focused role for highly motivated, committed, organized and energetic individuals who have a genuine interest in real estate investment and passion for customer service – you are detail and process oriented, results driven, and love engaging with and delivering the highest possible service standards to a diverse group of clients, be it in person or over the phone.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will be the first point of contact for our existing investors, and as an official company representative and ambassador, your responsibilities will include:



• Being the first point of contact for our clients on all communication channels and platforms, including but not limited to: email, phone calls, WhatsApp



• Providing a prompt and detailed response to inbound client emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, fulfil requests or provide information

* client calls have a wide range, which include but are not limited to: simple clarification of their basic details, informing clients of their new account managers, providing clients with specific investment updates, inviting clients to upcoming events and webinars



• Providing clear and detailed documentation and reports on client interactions, internal processes, and more, to senior management



• Performing administrative functions including documentation management, filing and data entry



• This role comes under Marketing & Communications, so you will also be tasked with supporting the team with communication materials, webinars, events, and other client-facing initiatives as needed


Requirements


• Education of at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree


• At least 2 years of relevant client-facing/customer service experience; call center experience will be an advantage


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and an Asian language such as Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin will be an advantage


• Self-starter with exceptional ability to interact and engage with people


• Ability to work both independently and in a team


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Outstanding computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)


• Systems: Sales Force, Dynamics 365 or other CRM knowledge a plus
