We are looking for a dedicated Vice Principal or Acting Principal for our Church Childcare in the northern part of Singapore

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Church Management Board in developing strategic plans for the implementation of curriculum and enrichment programmes.
• Good leadership abilities to lead and mentor a team of teachers and support staff.
• Maintain good partnership and communication with parents & stakeholders.
• Manage administrative, financial and operational matters in accordance with the pre-school industry regulations.

Academic and Professional Requirements

• Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPE-L)
• Effectively Bilingual in English and Mandarin as Mandarin is the second language taught in the school
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in running a childcare
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses good leadership qualities and good character with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
